I was having dinner with some friends, and Raik asked me if I could score their submission to the Architecture + Design Film Festival Winnipeg. My only instruction was something like "start with saturation and work to clarity". They showed me the original cut with the song they used to get an idea. The song they had on that version had some really nice piano on it and I couldn't get that sound out of my head, so I made sure that I'd incorporate piano into this.

I'd just received a new instrument that week too - an electronic resonator. The chaos at the start came from that.

Raik edited the piece I submitted to fit the length and cuts of the submitted film. Presented here is the full, uncut version or the recording.
