January was an extremely emotionally-heavy month. I felt like I didn't have any time for myself. On February 1st, I went into the room upstairs, turned on the powertower, and just made music for the sake of making music. I then took the music and made a video, sharing it to my social medias. And then I did the same thing the next day, and the day after that...

Most pieces were created using one or two synthesizers and a couple of pedals. Two of the pieces were performed on guitar. My aunt's vocals appear in one of the songs! Some pieces were fully-realized on the first take, while some took several attempts. I didn't overthink it.

The play order is simply the day the piece was created. Feel free to shuffle the order; there is no wrong way to celebrate Lupercalia.

"Lupercalia" was the name of the purification festival of Ancient Rome observed annually on February 15. These pieces are the spoils of February, collected together in one place with cover art for your music library. It's scattershot in sound, rough in nature, pure in intent, and I hope you like it.
